Trampolines and biscotti!
For months I've been promising to take the family to Get Air (our local trampoline place), but for one reason or another we kept putting it off. The Cheri Jenkins inside of me said, "Now don't break your legs before you go on TV." So after our trips were all finished, and our FSA account reset with money, we were free to tempt our fate and hit the mats! Luckily no one was injured (though I was exhausted by the end of the hour), and we got some fun footage to turn into a family video: The other highlight from January was baking with Maddie! She got a Harry Potter-themed cookbook and apron for Christmas, and she got right to work. She started by making Hot Rolls, which are exactly what they're called. She successfully worked with yeast, impressing all of us (it took me a while to stop killing yeast).
