My Air Shark music video!!!

Image
Here it is!  I've finished the music video for "My Air Shark!"  We filmed at several locations, and several families were kind enough to let me bring Reginald into their homes to play.  And now you can all enjoy the video with your families! As you can probably tell, we had a blast making this music video, and I think we've captured Reginald's electric personality quite well!  Please pass the video around to your friends.  My air shark needs to receive the attention he deserves.  He's pretty much the coolest thing ever!

Jenks knows how to hoedown!

Yeehaw!!!  Darn tootin'!  Annie and I had the pleasure of playing our first official "hoedown," a daddy daughter dance for Valley Real Life Ministries in Spokane.  We played a bunch of country songs, Annie's husband Rusty and I rode the mechanical bull, and the stage was awesome!  Rusty even let me wear his cowboy hat for the evening, which was totally cool!   Check out the video of us playing "Run to You" by Lady Antebellum.  Make sure you watch until the end so you can see our epic bull rides! (The bull rides start at 3:47) Sorry about the poor audio quality.  The mechanical bull had a big fan going the whole time. Anyway, the church loved the show and have already invited us back to play next year's event. Yeehaw!!!

Memorial Day Weekend!

Image
We had a fun Memorial Day weekend this year.  On Saturday we headed to a local school park and had a sweet picnic, complete with fried chicken, kettle chips, juice boxes, and cookies.  That is a recipe for awesomeness, if I do say so myself! Sharlie loves the swings Then on Monday we all headed to Coeur d'Alene to hike the Tubbs hill nature trail. It's a beautiful hike right along the edge of the lake. The kids absolutely loved it. After the hike we went to a cool new burger place called Scrud's. I ate a big burger and got to write my name on the wall!   After lunch we offered to take the kids to a play park, but they were so satisfied with their hike that they simply asked to go home. How rad is that?!!  Gemma's first hike, at two weeks.  She slept the whole time. Such sweet sisters! Brooke is looking good and feeling great!
